  The management is unbeatable! They are always friendly and willing to help with whatever concern anybody has. I love the gym, it has everything you need. There's yoga on Mondays and Spin on Tuesdays. That's the only day but that's simply because of attendance, it wouldn't make sense to have it more often than that. the reason I have no intention of staying is due to I-95. I can't handle the traffic. I've never used the balcony as gorgeous as it is, because all you hear and see are semis. At night, i have to play music just to relax but still can't drown out the traffic. This may vary based on where in the complex you live. The apartments are beautiful, cosmetically. They are all for looks. They aren't well built at all and there's no insulation. You can hear every step from the person above you. My other big issue for why I refuse to stay are the people. The neighbors will obviously vary, but I've had an absolutely terrible experience with issues with my neighbors and it has directly affected my life and the doesn't seem to be able to be resolved. My last complaint is the dog waste as well, but that's not the apartment's fault, they enforce it as much as they can. They really are great about doing whatever they can to fix anything they possibly can. Unfortunately, with everything else, I am choosing to end my lease early just to get out

  This place claims to be 5 star resort style living not. I have lived here for one year and three months and let me tell you something all the promises all the lies I’m still waiting for my massage I was told that there would be an on-site massage person will guess what that never happened.So The residence kept complaining about six months after I moved in so then they thought that they would have him/person come in I want to say about three times and it was only a complementary massage just to make their residence happy because so many people kept complaining about it . As I have health issues that was one of the reasons why moved here because it would be very good as my stomach is paralyzed .In the meantime I’ve been here for year and three months and I have to go into the rental office every month and ask them to reduce my water bill why because my water bill runs anywhere from $137-$150 where do they adjust the bill up in the rental office oh and by the way They use a third-party billing company that’s based out of Florida called Oates energy Well let me tell you about them people those people Oates energy Have a very bad reviews not only do they have bad reviews but oatesenergy is also one YouTube channel 4 news from Florida About their high charges worst water company I’ve ever seen in my life . Then not to mention there’s security that’s a joke in itself not to mention all the outsiders that hang out in the clubhouse and use the swimming pool and all the amenities that all the residents pay for . There’s nothing healthy about any of their events it’s either wine or candy when I first moved in here the first couple months they had very nice events that was just to get the residents to move in five stars not I give it a one eyed love that other apartment complexes that don’t even have half of what this complex has and they treat the residence better also you want might wanna watch your monthly statements when you go to pay your rent sometimes they charge you a $25 charge for no renters insurance when you do have renters insurance also I was on the treadmill as I had a gentleman jump on the treadmill with me never seen his face before and come to find out he doesn’t even live on the property oh and by the way I have pictures of that too . Was promised towel service at the pool they have recently taken that down off the website because they know residence for screenshot Ing the pictures off of their site . Apartments you hear everything they are not that well insulated . When you go to talk to the management and tell them there’s a problem they look at you like you’re crazy then you have the electric bills in the wintertime mine usually runs $250 that’s with no heat I have also been approached by kids that don’t live here and I’ve had to call the cops because they were up to no good Needless to say one year and three months later was the worst mistake I’ve ever made in my life. If I had to work for a company that lies to the residence I wouldn’t They treat their new residents that are moving in way better than Ipeople that Have lived here for a long time they up your rent if you’ve lived here for a long time a lot more than you can expect needless to say this place is giving me an ulcer etc. offered a job to the person who I reside with told him he needed to come up fill out the application the following Friday and guess what found out that they had already hired somebody else without even letting him know what we found out through a third-party . Only good thing on this property is there two maintenance guys or I should say three maintenance guys the maintenance guys are the best maintenance guys could ever ask for . I live in a two bedroom by the time I pay my utilities including water and electric I’m paying for a two bedroom almost $2100 this is insane and cannot wait till my lease is up .promise lies etc never will rent from silver collection again.When you first move-in your bills will be very low your water bill will be very low the first month but I suggest always paying attention there after.
